VENTURA PREFAB HOMES---quality homes from one of the

We can supply a simple carport; a one bedroom cabin of 375 sq. ft.; a 2500 sq. ft. four (4) bedroom home; a 10,000 square foot hotel.
These pre-cut homes are made from the finest Brazilian hardwoods. They arrive at your building site ready for immediate assembly. The Ventura Wood Kit includes all of the wood ready to assemble your home, including all walls, ceilings, beautiful solid hardwood flooring, solid hardwood interior and exterior doors, hardwood storm shutters.
Your home or cabin can be provided with double wall construction and extra insulation for cold climates. The roof can be constructed to support heavy snowloads. Homes can be reinforced to meet local hurricane construction requirements.
Prices are very affordable, ranging from $15,000 to $150,000, depending on size and design.
An in-house technical engineering team custom fits a project to your own requirements---as a primary residence, for a large family, or a couple who want a getaway, whether by the beach, in the country or city.
